Test Dates

• Florida Writes+: Tuesday, February 6, 2007
  (all 9th grade students)
• FCAT SSS Reading: Monday, February 26, 2007
  (all 9th and 10th Grade; 11th and 12 Grade as appropriate)
• FCAT SSS Math: Tuesday, February 27, 2007
  (all 9th and 10th Grade; 11th and 12 Grade as appropriate)
• FCAT NRT Reading and NRT Math: Wednesday, February 28, 2007
  (all 9th and 10th Grade)
• FCAT SSS Science: Thursday, March 1, 2007
  (all 9th and 10th Grade)

FCAT Preperation

There are some things you can do to help you prepare for the FCAT.

You may visit www.fcatexplorer.com to assist you in preparing for taking the FCAT. Please do the following to access the FCAT Explorer:

Log in: last name first initial
Password: 53, first 4 letters of last name, then add birth month and day

EXAMPLE: jonesa
Password: 53jone0101 [January 1st]

You may wish to consider taking the FCAT preparation class offered at Florida Virtual School. You may review the course description at www.flvs.net . If you are interested in taking this class, you will need to meet with your counselor.

FCAT Retake

Are you are an adult or a student who completed high school with a certificate of completion and need to take the FCAT to receive your diploma?

If the answer is yes, and you need to retake the FCAT this spring (February/March 2007) please contact the Mrs. Salary at 297-3194 to register.
